Festive Delivery Schedule. IMPORTANT DETAILS ON FESTIVE DELIVERY DEADLINES
Our offices will be closed from mid-day on the 24th December until 9am on the 5th January.
If you require delivery of products before the office is closed, please ensure that you have placed your order on or before the 14th December (online) or before 12pm on 15th December (telephone only).
If an order is received after these dates, you will be required to pay for a courier service if you require delivery before the office closes. The cost of courier services can be discussed when you call us as it depends on your location and the weight of your order.
Orders for courier delivery must be received on or before the 22nd December (online and telephone orders). Orders received after the the deadlines mentioned above, may be treated as though they were received on the 5th January.

Delivery used to be free - what happened? To enable us to provide the most competitive prices in our shop, we have had to introduce a small postage and packing fee on all orders. The postage fee is currently £1.50 including VAT. |
